You are getting 90 minutes of dedicated attention in a safe and relaxing environment. In addition to the countless benefits of massage (performance improvement, stress relief, reduce tension, decrease pain, reduced swelling, improved circulation), I check your skin (ABCDE method*) for any areas of concern and trend tension/muscle health/gait/range-of-motion/posture. I customize each session based on what your body and words are telling me.

How often should I get a massage?
It depends. If there is a specific condition needing resolution, it might take 2-5 sessions over a few weeks. Some bodies are best served with weekly, monthly, or as needed. Tune in to your body’s signals and plan accordingly.

What are some tips when getting bodywork?
Answer the question, “What do I want to get out of my session?”. Relax? Extra time on scalp/feet? Get full movement back in a shoulder?
